Historical Research available - Echuca
Members of EHS are able to research local newspapers
Persons requiring research be it family history or the story of the district, people or places, will find members of EHS are able to research the local Riverine Herald dating from 1860's to 1997 to establish the basis of the request.
Also available is rates & valuations information, maps etc. and archival documents.
There is a fee for research:
$25 first enquiry , $25 per hour thereafter.
It is advisable to advise ahead if intending to call in for information, as it often takes some time to access this information and ensures that a researcher is available to attend your request.
