Cobb+Co Museum is part of the Queensland Museum and is home to the National Carriage Collection which includes nearly 50 horse-drawn vehicles. The museum features both permanent and temporary exhibitions and tells the stories of the natural and cultural history of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs

Collections

The Museum houses Australia's finest collection of Horse-drawn vehicles. Objects also held relevant to the natural and cultural histories of Toowoomba and nearby escarpment of the Great Dividing Range.

Cobb+Co Museum has developed a range of school education programs featuring its permanent collections, which have been developed to align with the National Curriculum, including Transport and Communication, stories of the natural and cultural history of the Darling Downs as well as the amazing world of science and the animal kingdom.

Cobb+Co's popular workshops program includes one and two day weekend workshops in trades and skills such as blacksmithing, silversmithing, leadlighting, leatherwork, stonemasonry and copperfoiling. These workshops are conducted in the custom built factory area.
