The Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation (SCHF) Art Program motto is "Art Celebrating Life", and uses the power and potency of visual art - in all its forms - to improve the Hospital environment and the experiences of the Hospital's patients, their families, staff and the wider community. The Art Program manages a permanent collection, art therapy workshops, art prizes and a dynamic rotating exhibition program in the Hospital's Artspaces 0 and 1.
Collections
The Art Program manages a constantly expanding collection featuring works by Tom Bass, Liz Cumming, Shaun Tan, Melinda Ransom, Rodney Forbes, Geoffrey Ricardo, Robert Dickerson, Margaret Woodward and Arthur Boyd.
