Kenmore Hospital Museum
Kenmore Mental Hospital was opened in 1895 and used in various forms for the provision of psychiatric services up until the early 2000's. The Friends of Kenmore Hospital's History maintain and exhibit a comprehensive collection of memorabilia relating to the hospitals' history.
Collections
Collection includes photographs, furniture, clothing, keys, medical instruments, machinery, farm implements, tools, various building materials(windows, fireplaces, tiles etc), plans, stationery, dentist chair, projection equipment, all exhibited in an original 19th Century ward.
