Roger May Museum
The Roger May Museum aims to explain how life has changed from the time of founding of Pinjarra in 1834 to the modern era by displaying farming, railway and riverine exhibits from this earlier period.
Exhibits include a number of interactive displays relating to milk separation, milling, pumping; engines that eased some of the hard labour done by men and draught animals with the advent of the internal combustion engine and electricity. Domestic memorabilia is also on display, plus a number of displays showing early woodworking tools. The Ruston 1VA is beautifully restored and fully functional. A H M McKay Sunshine Reaper/Binder is a recent acquisition which still needs to be conserved.
